EasyCheck, developed by Big Dutchman, is an advanced system designed to accurately record bird weights in a simple yet highly precise manner. The scales are engineered to be placed on the floor, allowing birds to step onto them effortlessly and without stress.
This design greatly facilitates daily weighing and enhances the birds’ acceptance of the scales throughout the entire batch. The system achieves a weighing accuracy exceeding 99 percent, due to an algorithm that incorporates breed-specific information, thereby preventing measurement anomalies.
The scales transmit the measured data wirelessly to the OrbitX IoT gateway via a LoRa (long range) antenna. Subsequently, the data are continuously transferred to the cloud-based management system BFN Fusion, where they can be accessed through a smartphone, tablet, or PC. This allows for early detection of trends and deviations for improved decision making.
