Counting eggs with precision

IR4 is an egg counting mechanism that uses an infrared transmitter and receiver to register the eggs passing below the counter. It is a highly accurate system that ensure no egg is missed and the final count matches the real availability of eggs.

Technical

  • A bracket is used to mount the egg counter to the longitudinal belts of EU and KV systems
  • The system is most suitable for E95 and E115 connection channels

Advantages of IR4

  • Easy to assemble and clean
  • Requires less space
  • Ensures there’s no egg jam and breaking of eggs by not separating eggs
