Take control of flock uniformity with the highly efficient and compact grading scale Heidy from Big Dutchman. This easy-to-use weigher can grade up to 850 birds per hour and automatically sort the birds in up to 3 weight classes.
The system works by placing the birds onto the weighing platform either from above or the front. In a few seconds, the young breeder is sorted to the correct pre-set direction that determines its weight class. Heidy is durable, yet gentle on the birds with pneumatic movements that are cushioned, ensuring the birds are released gently from the grader. The grading data from Heidy can also be optionally transferred to a production computer for easy future access.
Made from high-quality materials, Heidy is built for easy maintenance and quick cleaning. As a mobile unit, the grader is also lightweight for easy operation on the production floor.
