This new layer facility was designed in close collaboration with the farmer to provide a tailored, efficient egg production solution.
The project included the installation of Big Dutchman’s unique fire-resistant and energy-efficient building materials, which make climate control easier and improve farm safety.
Big Dutchman layer equipment was installed to ensure the birds are housed in a stress-free environment with advanced manure removal, ventilation, clean water and reliable feeding systems.
The design allows the entire building to be cleaned in as little as two hours, reducing labour costs and improving hygiene standards.
