The multi-tier system for hygienic, efficient and successful broiler growing

AviMax transit is an innovative manure belt system designed to improve hygienic management conditions and ensure maximum profitability.

Because of the enhanced hygiene, you will be able to grow healthy and uniform birds, increase their growth rate, enjoy high feed conversion, and produce up to one batch more per year.

Besides that, the system will enable you to increase stocking densities from two to four times higher, compared to production on the floor. This will lead to a significantly improved utilisation of the house surface area. In addition, you will be able to reduce energy costs for heating and/or cooling.

Technical

  • Low system height due to patented and innovative pivoting floors
  • The entire folding front can be opened easily – the bird area is readily accessible
  • Ideal, dimmable lighting in all compartments with the use of energy-saving FlexLED lamps
  • 500 mm height in the bird area and the side grilles
  • Zinc-aluminium coating of all wire parts for good corrosion protection and durability
  • Easy-to-operate pivoting floors for quick and efficient moving-out of the broilers
