Optimal drying of manure, high capacity, cost-efficient solution

OptiSec is a manure drying tunnel from Big Dutchman developed for optimal and efficient drying of fresh or pre-dried manure from layer/poultry houses, up to a dry matter content of 70%.

OptiSec has 4 to 18 tiers, and is characterised by its large intake capacity, which is achieved by variable lengths, large belt width, and a thick substrate layer.

  • It has 4 to 18 tiers
  • Section number up to 50
  • Large belt width of 1.78 m
  • A substrate layer that is approximately 8 cm thick
  • Manure belt drive has a special pressure unit for good power transmission to the belt
  • A patented roller bearer ensures circulation of the air and smooth running of the belts
  • Integrated with Automated Manure Belt Adjustment (AMBA) system to ensure smooth operation and less maintenance
